Cabin

On sunday morning Nick and I decided to take the kids up to my dads cabin and spend the night. Everyone else was already up there and we thought Jax would think it was cool to play with Gabe, and ride the 4-wheelers. When we asked Jax if he wanted to go up to Papa Kirk's cabin for the night, he was so excited. He said to me "Mom, im so happy that it makes my tears come out." Jax got his backpack and immediately started the task of deciding which toys to take up to the cabin. After he had found the perfect toys, and we had packed our clothes we left. Jax was rather impatient on the drive there as you can see from the picture. Ella decided this was a good time to get some beauty rest.

When we FINALLY (according to Jax) made it up to the cabin Jax was so excited! He instantly hopped on the 4wheeler with his uncle Obeey. Yes, I realize he does not have a helmet on, but it was just a short ride and Colby went very slow.

Of course the minute we pulled into the cabin Jax wanted to go on ANOTHER ride because that one wasn't long enough. So Gabe and Jax put on their helmets and went for another ride. When they got back of course Jax wanted to go again, but it was time for lunch. After lunch Nick and I took Jax down to where there were a few horses. We took a couple of carrots so that Jax could feed them to the horses. He loved feeding the horses, he didn't want to pet the horses he just wanted to feed them and look at them.

Jax went on several 4wheeler rides and played with Gabe. He had a blast spending time with his Papa Kirk. Ella even got to sit on a 4wheeler too!
