I LOVE BEING MARRIED, IT'S SO NICE TO FIND THAT ONE SPECIAL PERSON YOU WANT TO ANNOY THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.

After bragging about our kids I figured I should brag about my hubby for a minute too. Nick and I have been married for almost 2 years. He is such an amazing daddy to our kids. And he is a wonderful husband, he works so hard for our family and we love him and appreciate him so much. Jaxson loves to help his daddy mow the lawn and fix things around the house. Whenever Nick gets out his tools Jaxson gets out his play tools and "helps" daddy. Ella's face lights up whenever she sees her daddy. I love to watch him with the kids, he is so good with them and they love him so much.

Nick and I have known each other since high school, we were always good friends in high school. My parents always wanted me to date Nick, they would always say "why don't you just date that Nick Martin" I always said that we were too good of friends for that. You can imagine how excited they were when Nick and I started dating, and especially when we got married!

Our lil princess Ella is already 10 months old. I can't believe how fast time goes! She has four teeth and is starting to pull herself up to furniture. When I go in to get her out of her crib in the mornings she is always standing up grinning at me. She has not quite learned how to actually crawl, but she gets around just fine with her "army crawl." She loves her big brother so much, no one can make her laugh like brother can. Jax takes such good care of his baby sister, and he is very protective of her.
Jaxson is 4 years old and he recently finished his first year of preschool. He loved going and learning new things. On his last day of preschool he got to dress up like a cowboy, he thought this was pretty cool! He can't wait to go back in the fall.

He also just finished playing t-ball, although the games did not really even resemble an actual game due to the fact that the majority of the kids (Jax included)liked to chase butterflies and pick grass and throw it on each other instead of actually play. It still made us so proud to see our little boy out there. We loved going and cheering him on! During one of the games it was Jaxson's turn to hit, and after he hit the ball, instead of running to first base, he decided to run after the ball and throw it to first base! We all got a kick out of watching him and he was so proud of himself!
